I use many file systems according to case. Protaper Gold for wide and straight canals, Mani Silk 4% for narrow canals, Hyflex EDM for extremely curved canal

Sir do we get apex locator reading in this kind of laterals ...sometime i find it very difficult..like in mandibular molar mesiolingual canal ..i tried to scout the apical exit but was not successful everytime, so had to rely on copious irrigation with hypo ..do i get lesser chance of rct success in this type of case ??

Success will improve a bit by doing apical patency but mostly success depends on the quality of BMP you do👍
