Hi everyone need some serious help/advice regarding this disease im from Nepal my father is 58 yrs age,last year he had Aplastic amenia doctor suggest him to go through atg treatment so we did it was very costly but still we managed but there is no sign of improvement till now, now his health is very critical he had internal bleeding all blood go through stool (mixed) we have to give blood every day., even doctors here are finding difficulties to treat him . Now he has stomach problems like ulcers or wounds in intestine, what could be the reason and what should we do now does any body has faced this kind of problem, please let me knw with replies. Also he loss all his weight
