I feel more like Cell is a man bug of genuine superiority and grandstanding giving you the time of day while Alucard is more of a god mode troll that thinks he's above everyone but he can also back it up via life has and he uses it to just be a fucking troll and make everyone look a fool by making them try and fail. Same as Cell except Cell tends to kind of just play along and take it to make you seem impotent. Alucard just kinda makes you feel insecure off the bat and then proceeds to continue making you more insecure than you thought possible. Cell is more the kinda guy to say if you aren't even half as strong as the people he's fought dont bother. Alucard is the kinda guy to be like "oh please kill me it would be a genuine surprise if you could." As if to actually goad a possibility somebody (other than DIO) could actually be a threat before he just makes them another life.

Funimation is actually pretty chill with TFS. They had a whole version of the goofy Cell movie from the Buu saga tournament ready to go for Kai with TFS as the cast, but Toei said no at the last minute. Its Toei that has caused the problems, since a lot of Japanese companies treat fair use differently

All of the Cell videos are just like these, Cell is waiting the duration of the days leading up to the tournament and fights against anyone (or anything) that shows up at the arena. Only the surface. There's a difference between fucking up the planet so bad humans couldn't live on it/making the surface molten again and the force needed to OBLITERATE the planet. And even Roshi atomized the moon. I'm talking like the difference between 10 and followed by qp zeroes: 100,000,000,000 levels of power gap. Until Yusuke is a confirmed Planet Buster he's kinda just...really strong? He could probably fight Raditz or Goku/Piccolo who fought Radditz no problem? Maybe even Saiyan Saga Nappa/Piccolo or at a stretch maybe Goku or Vegeta (Vegeta blowing up the bug planet Arlia is filler btw)

Honestly if anything he was actually underpowered here. Hokuto Shin-Ken usually turns regeneration inside out so that it becomes degeneration instead, so Cell's body should have eaten itself into nothing. This was WAY funnier though. XD

Personally I don't think the Deathnote one entirely makes sense... The book doesn't magically give heart attacks, it kills people... Heart Attack is just the default method of death.... I highly doubt it would matter how many hearts you have, they would all fail and cease to function right?... The person dies regardless and can't be revived... That said, I think we only see the book used on humans... Cell is part human kinda, but would it work on him? I don't know... It's still pretty funny, but that does bother me... The Kenshiro fight I'm curious about too... How close is Cell's body to a human's? I mean isn't that attack supposed to be based on pressure points? I'm pretty sure one of the characters was initially immune to it because his body was not normal... I dunno... Maybe Cell is human enough that it would work, but I'm not sure... It's also still funny, but yeah...

The rules of the notebook say that the human who's name is written will die. Cell isn't human, but has the DNA of some humans in him, so it makes sense that the notebook could effect some parts of Cell but not others. Although different interpretations of that rule could yield a different result.
