I love how Kuradeel says being called a bitch shows how you're "Strong and confident and absolutely terrifying", then a minute later, Kirito calls Asuna a bitch as he kisses her, because that is definitely a major part of how HE sees her, too.

So, Don Fluffles wasn't actually connected to Laughing Coffin - he led the mafia that the Moonlit Black Cats were indebted to. Hence his and Kirito's "history." It's just one of the many recurring gags that makes this series so damn good!

“GOT IT NOT A FAN OF THE BARD” is one of the funniest moments in the series. Just this drastic character shift out of NOWHERE as he begs for his life and proves that he’s just that stupid… my god it gets me every time

Once again showing the quality of whoever is writing SAOA here A guy probably nobody remembers from the original outside “he died to that other guy” And in just a few minutes here they show him as a roleplayer just trying to make people happy in the game, that drops the act to beg for his life, and fails

@@kuronaialtani Yup, he was just living his best life in the game, making the best of a bad situation, but then when Kuradeel threatening his life over it, he IMMEDIATELY dropped character and talked to him as himself, hoping to try and reason with him.

@@TheChillzoneX It’s no issue. But I gotta say, people, rightfully so, praise Taka’s work as Alucard and Cell, but I think his performance in this show is highly underrated. Probably my favorite of his roles honestly.

Just so you're aware, they originally did NOT have Taka in that 1st episode. I remember that when they uploaded it, it was someone else. Later, they re-uploaded episode 1 (for a variety of reasons and changes) and had Taka redub the voice.

Took me a while to realize, but Don Fluffles was initially the reason why Keita and the Moonlit Black Cats were in debt to the mob. Well, more Keita than Fluffles, but still. Man jumped knowing he couldnt escape the Don collecting on his debts. Meanwhile Kirito was made to deal with the mafia while dealing with his depression.

This is the episode that I really wish that we had gotten the moment when everything actually clicked for Asuna that she really loves Kirito. Because it's been obvious that she has been carrying a torch for a while now, but we never really see the gradual realization from her end that she is in love with him.

Kuradeel represents what a toxic fan really are, the extremist one, i mean, i know Kirito doomed the entire faction so there is that but still, it's bad to see him become a psycho over that, and i loved that Asuna got to finish him instead of Kirito like in the original

Yeah, Asuna got the kill in the original light novel so SWE added it back into the abridged. They've done a lot of things that are actually closer to the source material than the anime.

@@Ricardo_Rick Well they are apparently writing the last three of the Alfheim arc all at once, so there's probably going to be a big finale. Might even break the internet a bit like the first finale they did.

You should try reacting to Epic: The Musical. It's a retelling of the Oddyssey in musical format and the fandom have made some great animatics to go along with it. Combined it's like a whole show with one full continuous story. It's really cool.
