Absolutely fascinating! Everyone needs to hear this. It is like four different songs, pulled together with agreement. There is so much to say. I had to listen multiple times before commenting. The percussions can be such a great contrast, at times bright and playful. The fourth phrasing-section is a haunting and compelling solo, forcing me to investigate an agonizing and unpredictable story. The meaningfulness of that phrasing makes me want to listen even harder to decipher the hidden story of Ruska. The two group-choruses are so heavy, and then the four parts separate again. Clever, and genius. I am a better person, having heard this expressive undertaking. My sincere thanks. I'm going to listen to this again.
