Day 7 of the mission continues. The crew make an out of plane burn to take photographs of potential landing sites on the final 4 lunar orbits before Trans Earth Injection (TEI) and a TV broadcast.

Always exceptional. This gave us some real insight into this crew. Being blind I wasn’t able to appreciate what I’m sure was spectacular pictures and video but, I really learned a lot about the crew and who they were which really gives me even more reason to love this mission more than I already did.By the way, my favorite Apollo mission. Thanks for the work it was worth it we appreciate it so much. Thank you again.

lunarmodule5 thank you so much. Have you gotten to the tuna Controversy get. I just learned of this recently and wondered if you have posted anything about it?I’m sure you know what that is but I am fascinated about the long discussions from NASA and the crew about a tuna salad sandwich left out or was it just tuna whatever it was it had something to do with tuna. That’s the stuff I really like to hear the conversations that we never heard between NASA and the crew. would you do such an incredible job of showing The human side of the Apollo missions. It really makes me realize that these are guys just doing a job. An incredible job I keep thinking of the Elton John Rocketman song every time one of your videos are released. What would it be the vital signs of the astronauts sleeping and awaked?

At least one of the crew were hooked up to a biomed overnight which gave the flight surgeon in Houston a look at their heartbeat pattern. From that data they could deduce if the astronaut was sleeping soundly or was fully awake or was resting but maybe not fully asleep.

Hi DSR - Day 6 - EVA 2 is a work in progress - and will take several more months to complete because it requires 1000's of EVA slides and they are still being made by Brian. I would think that days 8 to 10 will be completed and uploaded before day 6 is. Hope that helps - Regards lm5
