I have a high stress lifestyle and used a somatic practice multiple times a week to counterbalance. I have been using it for a few months now and can attest that it has been a very solid product on all fronts. I feel so much more relaxed when I wake up and focused with it on (at the ankle) during the day-I may not have an appreciation for all the science but the results and personal impact is undeniable.

I have severe anxiety. I only use the calm mode. The sleep mode was annoying me and kept me up. But, the calm mode is the only thing I will ever use this for since my sympathetic nervous system NEVER needs to be activated! For a sever anxiety sufferer it is worth the price. It is a powerful tool that works hand in hand with my prescriptions, therapy, etc. Its pretty incredible in calming me down big time. I got mine for like $250 with a coupon. But, if you don’t like it after a week, then return it and get your full refund.

My Apollo Neuro broke after 13 month of use and they were not flexible regarding their 1 year warranty coverage. $400 is extremely expensive for what is essentially a disposable device.
@AMurphySharp Жыл бұрын
Honestly if you were going to therapy or doing other paid services for stress management it would come out to more than $400.00 per year; if of course you feel that it works
@trent374 Жыл бұрын
Honestly, it's a false analogy to compare the cost of a product to the cost of services. A better analogy would be to compare it to the cost of a decent cellphone. My cellphone vibrates like the Apollo Neuro while also providing a myriad of other functions. If my cellphone broke after only 13 months of use, I would be extremely dissatisfied with the product. I feel the same about the Apollo Neuro.@@AMurphySharp

Why have you wrote the same message on every device review? Even different brands? You sound like a bot
@AMurphySharp Жыл бұрын
Why it works sometimes and not others is that it is not connected. Sometimes you have to go into the app to reconnect it to the device. Kind of inconvenient and requires monitoring the routine to ensure that it is working

Try Minipress, otherwise called Prazosin. I took an extremely small dose. Totally got rid of nightmares & I could sleep well for the first time in forever. Only thing that's ever worked, besides also taking a calcium magnesium vitamin an hour before sleep. Tart cherry helps too.

I have been a long time user of the device and still can’t decide if it’s a gimmick or legit. The way the company entices you with app functions that never seem to become available leaves me feeling like I am being left out which is frustrating. Of course, you can always join their “wait list” but it is a list you will never leave. Though I am wearing the device as I write this I wish I had never bought it.

Dear Mr. Jenkins, if I try the band higher up ( on biceps) would that be an option?? I have POTS Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia syndrome. This problem shows up for me when my heart rate radically increases from a safe level in a sitting position HR of 72bpm Still keeping a safe BP. Then Suddenly standing up causes HR to spike to over 125-135 no reason. Body temp soars, sometimes I'll become nauseous and vomit -again no hints as to why. Thankful BP stays safe. sometimes dizziness and visual impairmint occurs. -no cardio or lifting causing the spike. Working with my Doctor to specifically focus on what systems of the body can mye affected without meds And emphasizing other Wholistic options. You shared the studies aren't thorough yet. Ice baths, compression massage Accupuncture, Weighted blankets. Ałl this extra chatter to inquire if this Device could help.

sorry to hear about your situation. I am not sure if this device would help, but you could certainly give it a try. I do believe the band is long enough to be able to wear higher up on the bicep.

did it start after getting the sh0ts by chance? it happens quite a bit.
@nokaoimaui057 ай бұрын
@@partdeux992 it started after I got my first flu shot in 2001. It took 3 to 4 years to finally figure out what was going on. I know that some of the other cases I’ve read about being linked to different shots such as Myasthenia gravis And Guillain-Barré syndrome. Sadly, mine happened after a basic flu shot.

There is also a clip that you can use to attach it to your shirt collar to place it on the back of your neck or collar bone. I heard Dr Dave talking about it on Ben Greenfield’s podcast. I’m very interested in it.

@@soberanisfam1323 I love it ! It truly is calming. Since I’m very sensitive to energy I have to keep the setting pretty low, then increase when i get in the car or working intensely. Interestingly , when I didn’t wear it I realized my body seemed to want it on. My HRV reduced considerably. Very impressed . I think my threshold for response to stressors has reduced considerably .
