On the way up he also blinked on 5, almost like a sigh of relief that he got away from the number four. Apollo gives him a little break to "refresh" almost, 6 and 5 aren't his number, but they are also numbers leading up to the impending/fearful number of 4, which is why you see him go from relaxed to focused as Apollo says, and you can definitely see on the number four on the way down he gets all serious

I noticed that too but I wasn't sure it was actually happening. I had to watch a few times. And to me it seems he relaxes a bit the first time through after they pass 4. He also blinks rather hard the second time going through on 4 as he says no.

Actually what I would do would be make a fake tell (Maybe have my eye twitch or something) before he says the number I have, that way he doesn't ever get to it...Or just lie and say he is wrong regardless...It is about lying after all.

To the first guy, you throw in cup one loaded dice with 1 always on it. When you passing it to the second guy, you secretly add 3 additional dices, which in sum show 4. Nobody will look at cup two times and see diference

For the second guy, it wasn't simply "his focus". His pitch went up when he said "4" the first time and then the second time he blinked on "4". (Well it was some focus because the guy was so tense on the way back down that after he said "4", he had to let out the tension and so he blinked.) But moral of the story: Don't try to be locked in steady & monotonic because a pro will see through it. Instead purposefully & randomly change your tone, blinking, facial movements, etc. for every single number so he won't be able to isolate & identify the one that he thinks is yours. Or, try to be static for all the numbers but pick out a 'false positive' number and do something recognizably different so you can lead him to that wrong number. The first guy rolled a one and Apollo was able to identify him before he had much of a chance of bluffing on another number - so the guy should have gone heavy on bluffing on the second number and then cooled off on the other numbers.
