@@singamajigy It is called a Roll -kur neck in dressage and creates a lot of pain and damage to the horse - but this is just a painting so it is not causing pain to the horse - and it is stunning!! Very talented..

Love this painting. It kind of gives me the impression of a carousel horse…. maybe because of the lines of paint dripping off of the horse and the colors used give it that feel for me.

What is the total work time? It’s oils so, wet in wet or wait for some dry time? Or is it acrylics that is only wet in wet and oils get muddy? Been 50 years since that class in college! Inspiring maybe I’ll pull out the ‘ol paint brush, there’s a daisy or two left in me! Not your level for sure!

It is oils and it’s hard to estimate exactly how much time but I worked on this piece over the course of a week with dry time in between. I hope you will paint something! It I inspired that it would make me happy! Thanks for watching! 🙂
