A lot of men dont want to hear habit #1, but it's so much more detrimental than a lot of men know. Thank you for keeping it real, Apollonia.

Maybe you're right. But maybe it keeps the man from going crazy and doing dumb stuff because they really want something that's hard to find unless you're in the top 10% of men. Women are the ones killing off possibilities, not the men.

Looking back, I kind of got into the "gaming trap" in high school when I was still a Niceguy. I was hard-in-the-paint a Niceguy. And the thing is, I hated trying to do extra-curriculars at school, because I knew that every time my mom discovered something that I was doing became something that I enjoy, it became something that she could threaten me with or use against me. The eighth grade year that I did the school play she kept trying at the beginning to "pull me out of that play IF [you don't behave yourself.]" The joke of all this, is that I wasn't a bad kid. Literally stupid shit like drawing or looking at women on google images was all it took to get a rise outta her. And, unfortunate though it was, the only way to have her not take anything away, was to not give her anything to take away from me. About a year ago I kind of got into a funk where it was hard to enjoy games anymore, and now I'm more recently able to come out of that, but even though I still want it to be just one thing that I do, I no longer am able to make my life revolve around it because I just don't want to. I see people my age and older put in so many hours and I'm just scratching my head at how they do it.

Another great video, doing well on the good habits and not doing the bad, don’t watch porn, gaming, etc. yet still single. Can your team help Aussies? I can’t keep getting rejected all the time when I’m trying so hard. 😢

You are having trouble in Aussie land, because just like U.S., because the women are extremely masculine.. it's not supposed to be a competition.. At least you are closer to ACTUAL marriageable women in the Philippines

Apollonia informative video as always you could be a duo as interior designer HGTV for real never say never, #1 is a true struggle for at times introverted analytical type I know, #7 gaming WWE , and Madden I get small doses when your mind is 24/7 Anxiety it's tough challenge, I'm been at peace with with my masculine and feminine since age 41 late bloomer, one thing I have learned always did know because I have older parents as an old soul fantasy and reality. I do know when terms of reality women are not at all like you see in reap life like habit #1. an analytical, logical, introverted guy talking to women and going out to want to meet women it's not an easy thing to create a phobia of fear. I know I know for myself

Prn is such trash! It is the worse thing that could ever bee available to men and women. But in this case for men. I have been trying hard to quit and this video is just so spot on and I will be a better man. I will eliminate prn from my life. It is such a waste of time. The other points are also very valid as well.

@@DEMETRIUSblaze if you have anxiety & your coping skill is playing video games for 45 minutes to a 1 that's a coping skill that works. 3-4 hours isn't a coping skill. It's an addiction you've picked up to avoid your anxiety. Avoiding mental health doesn't manage or treat it. I encourage you to pick another coping skill to help manage your general anxiety
