Hello guys made a list for the P settings, if you want to copy this down or maybe print out small paper is up to you. P1. Screen Brightness: 1-3 (should be max at 3) P2. Change between: Miles or Kilometers (0 = KPH, 1 = MPH) P3. Shows Voltage of battery (already set/dont Touch) P4. Automatic shut down time: 0-60 Min (defult at 5 Min) P5. Unused (dont Touch) P6. Tire Diameter, already set 10 Inches (dont Touch) P7. Motor Magnets, already set 30 (dont Touch) P8. Power Level Setting: should be 100% (effects max speed) P9. Zero start/kick start: 0 = Zero start, 1= Kick start (up to you) P10. Unused (dont Touch) P11. controls Regen setting for motor, already set to 3 (dont touch) P12. Accelration Levels: 1-5 (set to 3 as defalt) P13. Unused (dont Touch) P14. Unused (dont Touch) P15. Unused (dont Touch) P16. Unused (dont Touch) P17. Cruise Control: 0 = OFF, 1 = ON (safer to leave off) P18. Unused (dont Touch) P19. Unused (dont Touch) P20. Unused (dont Touch)

P11 regen level 3 setting comes with a warning as it can effect the control of the scooter.

I feel like there's enough screen real estate here so that you can actually put a small description of what each P-mode setting does on the screen versus having to come to a KZbin video to figure it out. And what's with all the weirdly grouped empty settings? If we shouldn't use them, why are they visible?

Since roughly half the settings are unused, wouldn’t it be easier to group all of them together so users don’t have to cycle thru loads of empty settings?

My guess is that the processor is not unique to the Phantom but rather the same component that is used in many scooters, therefore it cannot be customized as such. The display on the other hand is unique and very nice at that.

Esg complained that the device is not bright enough to see during a bright day. It looks well lit to me. I just thought if that is the case get a filter from Amazon and stick it on to the display. It's an easy fix. They also complained about the kick stand but I find it ridiculous to complain about a kick stand that does what it's meant for. I guess they don't like the tilt of the scooter or the quality. It's not like the kick stand is made out of plastic.

Well, it is good I came to this page. I could not believe P8 which is the power setting on my Phantom V2 was set on 19, so it would not go past the speed of 16km/hr, in mode 1 the scooter goes at a speed of 6km, mode 2 about 10km and mode 3 about 16, downhill I can get 22km/hr. but once I sat P8 to 100 I finally release the speed of this scooter. It is a good setting if there is a young kid in the family riding this scooter you can limit the speed.

Gotta say I'm shocked to hear you recommend that the Cruise Control be left disabled. I could not live without this feature after a daily commute of more than 4km each way to work for the last three years.

I have the phantom v2 and it won't let me get into sport mode anymore. I was sent 2 controllers and still same issue it won't engage sport or dual motor mode anymore?

The settings controls are a generic e-scooter thing, and are used across a variety of scooter brands. thats why it has options like motor magnet count, and wheel diameter.

Was stuck ordering the mechanical brakes since hydraulic brakes were sold out at the time and I didn't wanna wait any longer, my question is in the future is it possible to somehow upgrade my mechanic brakes to hydraulic?

Apparently the display uses a very generic computer logic board that is shared across several other scooter brands. Thats why some settings are present (like wheel diameter and motor magnet count) and some settings are just blank.

Question, if they are unused like you say, then changing those parameters shouldn’t change anything?

Hi there, theoretically yes, it shouldn't change anything. However, they are only unused for customer purposes. The "unused" settings could still affect parts of the scooter, so we recommend not changing anything other than the listed Settings

For the P08 power settings - does making changes here effect all 3 gear settings? For example if the setting were changed to 50 per cent, would Gear 1 top speed change from 25 km/h to 12.5 km/h, Gear 2 from 40 km/h to 20 km/h and so on?

So if i adjust the power percent it'll impact the top speed of all the gears by the percentage i adjust it to, but what abaout motor effect/power? Asking since i have ALOT of uphill roads on my comute home from work.

Are you guys going to address all the issues customers have been having with the Apollo Phantom. I've got 20 miles on my Phantom and it quit powering up. Haven't been able to ride it for months. You really need to up your customer service. Paying $2400 for a scooter with this many problems is ridiculous. You need to provide a direct phone number so your customers can call you directly to address issues.
