It take's gut's to admit when we're wrong. Eating humble pie is never easy as we all like to think we're right, often backtracking on what we've said, in order not to be shown we were in error. Very commendable, well done.

I wish to commend CRI for this outstanding series of videos! I believe the Lord in His divine dispensing is ushering us into a more genuine christian experience... I pray the Spirit will continue to shine upon many and cause us to grow into maturity; the one new man, for His ultimate expression!

Amen! As believers, we should not let any kind of culture differences to hinder our fellowship amongst all the believers in Christ.

I'm so impressed with CRI's willingness to accept responsibility and even put out material to help rectify the situation.

Being from a idolistic, traditional background of Hinduism, I despised Christianity very much in India. But when I touched the saints in the Lord's recovery. my whole view concerning christians changed. Especially the truth of the Godman impressed me so much. I thank the Lord for the ministry in the Lord's recovery. Apart from this high truth and the practical testimony of the corporate God-man living, I would have never taken this way. I am so glad for this videos. Jesus is Lord!

I appreciate that these brothers from CRI take responsibility for their "past cavalier actions." May many benefit (instead of suffer) from their reassessment of Witness Lee's ministry!

Thanks for posting these. The next four in the AP series (AP2, AP3, AP4, AP5) are also great to present bite-sized facts that make this easy to understand.

I feel that the Lord is moving within the hearts of the ones who have previously spoken false accusations of these Christians, and is healing the results of the "past cavalier actions" which did have effects and consequences. Wow the Lord is sovereign. He knows all things.

Mere doctrines divide, but properly received truths that convey scriptural and theological thought bring in rich fellowship of spirit that joins and unites us.

I appreciate the point made concerning a culturally versus a theologically determined stand. Ephesians 2:11-16 and Colossians 3:9-11 show that Christ in His death on the cross abolished the ordinances (including those related to culture). Now, we just have Christ who is all and in all.

Thank you CRI! While I have never suffered like our brothers in China, I have certainly suffered the 'cult' criticism - from fellow Christian young people - growing up in the local churches.

I echo the first comment for this video. Ideas do have consequences and sometimes the unintended consequences are much more severe overseas than here at home. We all should learn to have a more global view of what we say.
