Praying for you. My husband told me on Mother's Day this year he wanted a divorce because I won't be a Hebrew Israelite. It's a very misogynistic group that preys on anyone who is seeking an identity. He left two weeks later and has now changed his name on social media accounts. He has childhood trauma and stopped going to counseling to continue his healing. This is our second separation, the religious abuse, and emotional abuse had to stop. I pray that you have a support system because I do not. No one believes me or understands what I am going through. I am working on myself and focusing on my goals and praying for him from afar. Praying for you dear. He threw many of my items away saying they were relics and it became very dark a year ago. Praying for your husband also. I'm sorry you are going through this.

I found myself researching and scouring the web for more information on this group. The more I looked, the more depressing and dismal the situation became. I pray for you as you are going through this. I know it is difficult because nobody really understands - and it is quite contentious to even want to explain the situation to anyone... so it's really just going through this alone. Stay grounded in your beliefs and know that what is right in your heart is the right thing to do.

Ladies, the church has different denominations where members hear and believe different doctrinal teachings. The same thing was going on in the days Christ walked this earth. There were different sects, Pharisees, Saducees, Essenes etc. The same thing is going on today among awakened Israelites and I think it's very disingenuous and malicious for the host of this podcast to lump all Israelites in one group and on top of that use the GOCC commercial. Not all Israelites believe the same just like not all Jew-ish people believe the same but I don't see him calling them a sect or binging a Messianic Jew who believe upon Christ on his show to degrade the Orthodox Jew (who reject Christ). I'm a member of GOCC and have been for the past two years, however The Most High called me out of mainstream Christianity 2 years prior. I haven't discarded all the good things I learned for over 12 years in church but what I have learned since leaving has made my walk in Christ even better because I no longer follow The paganistic teachings and practices of mainstream church but the word of GOD as it is written and try my best daily to walk in the attitude and love of Christ which is what GOCC teach. You ladies would do well to check GOCC out for yourself. Awakening to the truth of who we are as a people is not a easy thing and the enemy is causing as much confusion as he can to try and stifle it because he knows he can't stop it. We are the people of the book and the brother who decided it was a good idea to sit back and be used to degrade his brothers should be ashamed. Judas did the same thing to Christ.

My daughters are now currently involved in this. They dont believe Jesus is the Son of God, that Salvation is for everybody and that our white brother and sisters will be slaves to us. Also, they're moving to the Philippines because the person whose head claims that God told them to move there because America(Babylon) will fall soon. This has really been hard for me. My oldest has all of my grandbabies (6), and the thought of losing my entire family is so sad. They are actually going to follow the law back in Moses' days. They plan on sacrificing animals to God, carrying out stoning if laws are broken, etc. I pray every day that God delivers them. I try to tell them and back up with Scripture that Jesus died for us all and that we're no longer under that covenant, but they don't want to listen. 😢❤

@@AW-vf2du In my opinion which is based on my belief that God is Perfect and all knowing, the new Testament cannot be acknowledged because if you believe that God is Perfect then you should know God meant what was said in his first message, the old Testament. God already knew the future when he gave us the old Testament so everything that needed to be said was said, there would never be a need for a new Testament. For that reason I believe the new Testament is an attempt by children of the Great Deceiver trying to write their way into God's Grace and share an inheritance that doesn't belong to them. They might be able to undercut and steal from God's children on Earth but that's as far as it goes. You can't force your way into the Kingdom with Deception and God's Grace and mercy is not something you can steal.

This is a very important topic that needs to be discussed. As black Christians, it is especially rough for us as there is not only the cults led by white evangelicals we have to deal with, but cults led by black folks looking for alternatives from the white cults. The King James Version of the Bible is said to be the closest translation to the original Hebrew and Aramaic. If you find the language hard to understand there is the new king James. Many other modern translation. Those who use more modern language tend to use words and phrases that change the meaning or the emphasis slightly. For example the word love as a substitute for agape. It really make a huge difference and totally changes the importance and the meaning due to the level of love emphasized by the word agape. Love is a sum of the total, the heading so to speak where agape falls under that category but has its on emphasis.

This actually isn't true. Attended a Bible seminar on Bible translations and KJV is a translation of various translations. Not DIRECTLY from Hebrew/Greek at all. Thanks to archeological advancement, newer versions are actually the ones translated more accurately because now there's more information and studies of the original languages. Also, there are actual Bibles now with original Greek/Hebrew manuscripts. So it's actually wise to study multiple versions including OG Hebrew/Greek. Blue water Bible, use of Strong's Concordance, and there's also pc software I believe that displays original languages side by side with English version. Otherwise, just pray about it and ask the Holy Spirit to tell you for sure what's what. I did and these are the revelations I got thereafter 🤷🏾‍♀️
