Also, how is that color relevant when so many people for various countries are people of color not just African Americans and other western people of color? So where does changing sabbath from the seventh day to the first day come from. The roman Catholics changed worship to sun day. Where in scripture does it says to do away with sabbath and changed to sunday worship. From reading scripture Paul and the apostles worshiped on the seventh before and after Christ resurrection. Meanwhile Roman Catholics boast the fact they changed the sabbath from 7th Day to Sunday by their authority. Last I checked No authority was given by any MAN to change his day that he sanctified.

He was actually speaking to the new colossian converts who accepted the gospel and were judged by the pagan colossians who still took part in the whoredom of paganism and polytheism. Yes we point to Jesus but as he said in Matthew don't think I came to do away with the law and the prophets but I came to fulfill. He rested on the sabbath before he resurrected being still in obedience to his father word also he said he was lord even on the sabbath. Yet still no actual verse saying the sabbath is done away with making the first day the seventh.

So glad this man has had his eyes and understanding opened to what the Gospel which is believing “that Jesus died for our sins and rose from the dead according to the scripture” 2 Corth 15:1-4. We’re to place our faith in Him. Having faith in THAT Jesus is how one is saved. I disagree with your reference at about the 34:19 mark saying that once saved we are all Spiritual Jews because we aren’t but we are One New Man, The Body of Christ, The Church. Romans Chapter 2 is not talking about everyone but is in fact talking ONLY about Jews. Please read the chapter in context. It’s talking about Jews who are real Jews that only when their heart has been circumcised by the Spirit are considered real Jews and not those who are just taking outward circumcision. When they’re heart is circumcised then they’re real Jews. This chapter in Romans 2 isn’t talking about Gentiles or the Church or anyone else but only about Jews. As a saved Gentile I can never be called a Spiritual Jew but I am called a New Man, a New Creation, a member of the Body of Christ but I’m not a Jew. When a Jew has his heart circumcised and is saved, is still considered a Jew but ALSO One New Man, part of the Body of Christ and The Church just like we Gentiles.

Awakening like enlightening, as in New Age Doctrine? Not the Revelation like the Holy Spirit, as in the Word of God? You said that studying Hebrew made you realize that the Scripture was missing a lot of things, in other words that it is incomplete except Jesus said in his last words "it is finished", meaning that it IS complete. [John 19:30 KJV] Besides God calls for our ministries to be glorifying/advancing to His Kingdom, not just successful or popular among finite human beings. Obviously if the Spirit of God is not in the shepherd, it cannot guide the sheep to spiritual righteousness. Therefore, how can it truly be successful? "It was never about race... But about nations."; nations being a constitution of different people according to their racial, national, tribal, linguistic or cultural origins. Ultimately agreeing with what Oscar said, that the preaching is not Christ-centred but nation-centred. Anything primarily based outside of Christ -Christ being secondary doesn't count- is self-glorification. When you praise the nation more than the Creator of all nations, that is idolatry. "... so for men to search their own glory is not glory." [Prv 25:27 KJV] That's what the Bible says.

@@Oscardunlap Definitely, in Pt. 1one of your opening comments that stood out with regards to the topic is your understanding of how the enemy is taking advantage of some of the injustices we’ve faced as blacks over the years (such as slavery and so on) to draw us into a race driven theology that “appears” to give us a since of identity apart from the identity Christ has provided for us in Himself. I’ve seen how so many professing black believers claim to be “woke”, and put more emphasis on race rather than on Christ. So I appreciate your comment on that. I’m also grateful to the Lord for bringing you out of the BHI and into the truth of the gospel. I pray that He will use you even more so to shed light on and bring some out from under the false teachings of BHI.

The black hebrew as a biblical/historical reality kind of makes sense though. First peoples were black, archeology agrees. Early Babylonian art certainly doesn't show Arab looking people. Black people come in all shades. Middle Eastern people (Abraham was from Ur, which is near Babylon) also come in many shades. There is no way to claim Hebrew ethnicity based solely off of skin color. Also, we black people do not have a monopoly on melanin. So depictions of dark skin does not correlate to being black. That relevant for Kemeticism or Hebrew Israelism. Ethno-religious claims are ridiculous at any rate in any forum.

I also understand black dosen't mean African and phenotype can change relatively quickly as far as ancient history. So what was black could now be brown or white and "original color" may have little to do with who people are. I get that. But when you consider the Ashkenazi conversion can be traced to the 13th century or something, and there's tribes like the Bantu in Africa who have Hebrew practices to old to be traced other than their word saying their ancestors were Hebrew refugees. It does matter politically because these people aren't granted full rights in Israel the same as Ashkenazic descendants. And they could be genetically closer to the actual people who built Israel. Plus, if you believe in God; it puts a whole new context to slavery, the catholic church, the renaissance/whitening of biblical figures, Jesus. It has huge historical implications imo. It's interesting at the least.

Truth is, there is no way to even trace Hebrew ethnogenesis, and since ancient Hebrews lived in a theocracy of sorts, any religious or cultural transference could just be relegated to religious expansion. As you say, there is a possibility of west Africans with ancient Hebrew heritage, but because of the vast gene variance of African peoples it would be near impossible to discern via science. We could wholly consider the Ancient Hebrews to be lost or be everyone since the scattering circa 70 AD was not well documented. That said, through my own research of my ancestry with the Bamileke of Cameroon, I found that they actually have oral tradition that states they migrated from Israel.

You really didn’t say anything, but out your own interpretation of what Jesus meant. You said nothing profound but put your own weak theology into what Jesus meant.. Within context of everything else, it is say to assume, taking nothing away from Jesus’s divinity, seems to be important... Isaiah 43:10-John 8:24... I could go on and on about how as Christians, we have concluded how Jesus was God manifested in the flesh. (1 Timothy 3:16) And within being consistent in the rest of the text, Jesus (imo, and the views of many) “no one is good but God” here is asking him a rhetorical question, as they say here in the video too, Jesus knew that this man didn’t know him, he knew that he wasn’t going to put the proper trust in him. This is why he instantly was ridiculing this man’s approach.. Jesus also called himself “the good shepherd”.... Once again.. this consistentcy within the text, speaking toward the divinity of Christ, is undeniable... As Christians, we believe 1 God... As any thing like Hebrew Isrealites/JW’s/Mormons.... you believe 2 Gods... or 1 God and other god.... Either way... you would be claiming to worshiping two Gods...
