Life-changing Sermon on Boldness

Thank you Pastor Jeff. After watching this sermon last night and meditating on the Scripture from Acts I was compelled to preach the Gospel to the whole cafeteria at my college today. Some scoffed and made fun, but others listened intently. Thank you for your boldness and ministry!!

My brother in Christ Iam.going to be a preacher. And this is what we should be doing. Theres nothing else to do but spread the message of Christ. What do we talk about jesus because thats who is making everyday possible. Never give up my brother. Even if they punch you in the face and break your skull. I was attacked and hit twice for spreading the words of god anspreading the word in Phoenix. We need to gather today and preach together my brother. I dont know how old you are but this is what we should be doing. The world is so lost and when you say godbless you to someone thats the Lord saying. "Hi Iam here I know who you are Iam here to say hi to you. you can come to me whenever you want." Thats what the Lord is saying through his people to his people when you talk about the Lord to people.and say God bless you. Jesus is Lord I bow down.

If you long for the things of God. If you love the perfect law of God and are constantly struggling with sin. You grieve when you sin against God and break His holy commandments. You have doubts of your salvation. You yern to please God and put Him first in your life. The Bible declares you are SAVED! But you must also repent and turn back to your first love. Turn to Christ! Cast off the old self, and you to, like the righteous men of God that walk in green pastures, will walk a straight line and make no provisions for the sinful nature. You will be revived! As Christians we must repent and turn back to our first love! Romans 13:11-13, Rev. 2:1-7 Wake up church! And the Lord will send a revival. It begins with everyone who is in Christ! Again God says repent! And put off the old self. Crucify the desires of the flesh Continually! And fill your hearts and minds with the word of God! The harvest is plentiful. But there are few laborers.

Jeff- that is not John MacArthur’s stance on social justice. He has made it clear in his many sermons that we are responsible to use the planet in a responsible and conscientious way but that we are not to be overly concerned about “saving the planet” because that is NOT our mission -. Our mission is to preach the gospel where God is pleased to save His own and the heart is changed therefore lives will be transformed and then you will have a different outlook on reaching out to those in need and in being a good caretaker of your resources that God has put here on the earth for our use and sustenance - If he is in fact the one you were speaking of in this message.

I love Jeff, however, I do disagree with one thing he said. The church is not called to win the whole world to Christ, but to share the gospel to the whole world. That would be Universalism and those of us who have listened to Jeff we know he does not believe in Universalism. Many are called but few are chosen. Many will reject Christ according to the will of the Father...many scriptures back this up....so it likely was a mistake on his part. Thanks Jeff for your dedication to the unborn!!
