Apostle Islands Sailing, Boat Projects, & Charm's First Sail of 2024 | Season 4 Ep 3

Ahoy, friends! July has flown by so quickly with projects aboard Charm and Charisma, our first sail of the season aboard Charm, as well as an amazing trip to visit my ol' stompin' grounds up at Lake Superior -- Bayfield, WI and the Apostle Islands!
In this episode, I show you the location of the battery compartment area aboard Charm and how we diagnosed/repaired the leak in Charm's forward hatch; I discuss some new strategies for how to rig Charm for easier sailing; I talk about how I reefed Charm's mainsail for the first time; I share a bit of footage, from our sunset sail, aboard a Beneteau First 375 around some of the Apostle Islands up on Lake Superior, as well as footage from a couple of marinas in the Bayfield area. And -- of course -- I share a lil' snippet of footage from our first sail with Charm this 2024 season!
