Hi Bandit and Bluegrass too! My hubby and I have watched every video since you began. We've sorta bonded with you two in a strange new way. I've worried about your leg now for 3 months, but it looks like you're moving really well now. I wanted to send you our deepest sympathy for the passing of your dear brother..that's a hard loss to bear. I've noticed today for the first time that your ads may stir up some folks. Ok over 100 days in. I know the climbs and dissents are big variables but what,s a ruff average pace. Minutes per mile.

Avg about 2.5 mph. That takes in the hills and rocks along with the flats.

Chuck, I just saw the story of the passing of Lt Col Bob Watson. He passed after leaving Harpers Ferry. He texted me at 7:21 and wanted to meet down by the water in Old Town. I didn’t see the message till 9:30. I missed meeting a great man. Be safe.

So glad you know how to pronounce Appalachian! Jim and I are staying the Switzerland Inn off the Parkway right now for a little motorcycle trip, about an hour from Boone. I went to App State for two different summer programs-what a great campus!

Pretty trail today with lots of lush green foliage. Mountain Laurel is the PA state flower. I was born & raised in PA, Pittsburgh area, now living in Wisconsin. The state flower here is beer. Haha. Wisconsin is the drunkest state in the Union, so I hear. But friendly folks. You & Bluegrass are doing great!
