I've only joined you for your 1st two days and I'm really enjoying your videos. I thru hiked the AT in 2019 and it's a experience of a lifetime. You're going to love it. Your views are wonderful. Your giving some great advice to others and I can appreciate that. That shelter is awesome I stayed there too. Your journey will bring back alot of memories for me. But i definitely remember and im excited for you hope you have a wonderful trip and looking forward to following you. 😁 something you might want to try is breathing thru the nose and out thru the mouth. It would help control your breathing.
