Those are ancient megalithic buildings and or structures. You must have noticed the 90 degree angles and giant stacked blocks. The top of McAfee's has bare feet and shoes prints with five distinct toes and heels. Great trek! Thank you!

@@christopherjamesbrown With new eyes you will be able to see the ancient structures all along your trek. As a Blue Ridge Mountain hiker I don't think any of the mountains are natural rock. Some are giant petrified trees and others ancient structures and probably petrified creatures mixed in, worn down by nature. We can only view what is sticking out of the top. Years ago I watched a hiker video of these two guys at Tinker Cliffs and or walls. The wind was blowing 35 miles an hour and both guys felt the entire area vibrating and shaking. That tells me it's hollow and there is a cave system all along the Appalachians. Happy trails. 💗
