I really think one of the best things about this channel (certainly not the only best thing) is that it's both you and Audree. Sort of two for the price of one, but so much more, because we get different and fuller perspectives and experiences on races and runs. And not just when one of you is crewing and the other racing, but like the race last year (UTMB?) when you were both in the race. There's no other trail running/ultra "duo" on KZbin that I know of, and it's great.

i started doing runs nearly 12 years ago. i tried to run as flat as i could. and i prefered tarmac. since last year i am starting with some shorter trail runs. i already did a 32k and 45k trail. i really dont care about the time. i just enjoy my time in the nature. and when i watch this video i feel the urge to get on my feet, hop in my car and drive to switzerland. im doing the eiger ultra trail one time for sure. i dont know why but even looking at the scenery i got tears in my eyes. its so special. thanks for the video. you seem to be a great human being. your husband too. keep up the good work.

Spending some time today watching a few videos in my ever-growing watch list, ha. Another beautiful film. I can't travel but feel very fortunate to see the parts of the world I want to see thru your awesome films. This one shows the reality of running ultra races; the highs, the lows, the DNFs, etc. Glad Audree's foot recovered last summer so she could enjoy more adventures. Well done!

Hi Jeff and Audree, I just want to say that you are the reason I started trail running. I first got into running by watching Floris' low heart rate training video on Jan 2023 and shortly after that I saw your UTMB video where both of you raced. I found a whole new world which I did not know it exists. I've already finished two trail runs(30k and 38k). I would like to experience longer distances with time. Thanks for the great videos and stories!

I really like your comment 😊 I've never done a proper trail race, only road races (though I've done some trail relay races and I run on trails quite often), these videos really are tempting me to sign up for a trail race, though I'll definitely try a shorter distance first, maybe around a half marathon.
