This kind of the insurance fraud is done everyday in Mexico in all States, they called "MONTA CHOQUES", the people in the video looks that they have experience doing this fraud insurance . It’s generally easiest to just share the insurance information, regardless of who’s at fault. Both insurance companies will need both parties information to sort out the claim. Her withholding her information could delay the claim and repair of her car and it could make the other driver confrontational.

I watch a few of the many dashcam channels and if there is one thing I have learned in accidents in which the driver who has a dashcam is not at fault is to NOT reveal to the other driver you have a dashcam. There are numerous accidents on those channels which are not the fault of the driver with a dashcam (e.g. other driver blatantly runs a red) yet the other driver hops out mad and insists the person with the dashcam is at fault. Of course, keep the camera a 'secret' until AFTER the at fault driver makes a report putting the dashcam driver at fault. Then, you reveal you have a dashcam that shows exactly what occurred. The important thing is to get a dashcam.
