Neither are in the right, however Uzu could've handled this MUCH more maturely than he did. This whole thing (not to bash YBA staff or anything) is now a stunt to take down their main competition. Despite the fact AUT devs said they would pay for it Uzu decided to make the situation public and ask for a report bomb on YBA. (Before you say "wEll iTs JuStifiAbLe" it's not, seriously.) I can list to examples of games being more mature when it comes to this. SoulShatters got it's run animation stolen by UCD (it was given to Doc without him knowing it was stolen) and then they requested it to be removed. Granted, it caused drama but it was still handled maturely. ABD had it's assets stolen and asked for them to be removed (from AUT and a shitton of ABD modded games) and instead of mass reporting the games because they got more popularity they handled it maturely and asked for them to remove it. (Which caused a shutdown of the game so it could happen) I said all that to say this... Uzu is immature and his announcement reflects that. This announcement was basically made to take down their rival/competition. AUT is in the wrong for stealing and Uzu is in the wrong for tryna get the (don't take this the wrong way) stupid community it has to report bomb AUT for an issue they are GOING to fix and pay for.

I don’t really like this whole situation either. People are blaming kur and kur only, I like both games and I don’t want to be involved since it makes me more stressed out than I normally am. I don’t like drama and do not wish to ever enter a situation such as this. Thank you for not just posting something that says that kur sucks because somebody or uzu pinged everyone and they just have to believe it. Either way, it’s best to let the situation to play itself out. I honestly do not think kur did anything wrong about reacting to the situation, and knowing now that a random developer sold the particles to kur now shows that this is why kur denied using exploits nor stealing thy assets. To be honest, kur and the development team handled the situation in the right way, if uzu wants to get rid of AUT, unfortunately, I would have to say that uzu is greedy even though it was merely accidental, I am on nobody’s side and do not wish to be on one. I’m pointing out facts and that is all. Anyways sorry for making this just as long as the announcements lol

i feel like this is being hyped up or something like that too much like if i was a game dev i could care less about a few effect it doesnt make my game worse or better if they steal some efects that pop up for about a second it doesnt make their game better or worse. people wont stop playing either game because of an effect

This is a weird situation which i think got sorted out, but like Uzu could have dealt with it way better instead of just acting like a greedy child (which he has been shown to be greedy at times) and telling people to report AUT for just a few effects that could be replaced, and maybe not pin point it at Kur, like literally everyone blames Kur for bad things in AUT that he didn't do ( probably because he is the most recognizable person in the AUT dev team ).
