I will endeavor to accommodate the best I can. At the very least I will work on coming up with a video highlighting the differences. It may take a bit, as I work not only as an instructor in the evenings, but also full time in the plumbing field during the day. It is definitely a video I have been pondering for awhile though.

What are some ways I could calculate the elevation at the highest fixture ? If this could be done with the prints could you show us how you come up with it ? Or will an RFI be the best way to do it?

Most commercial plans have an established engineered highest point. However if you were to look at residential plans, it would be difficult to locate any piping on the plans at all. However, an elevation is always provided on the plans. If there is a structural or civil drawing you could find a finished floor elevation as well as a curb elevation. At that point it is just math.

What will be the minimum street pressure if Only water tank is available in a private property?

At that point, you will need to take some elevation calculations. How high is the storage tank? How high is the highest fixture? Take that difference in elevation and multiply it by .43 and that will give you your pressure.
