Hi bro if there is no id for the element then is there any xpath we can use use it for finding the element in the appium and also if it is possible whether we can customize the xpath? in appium ... because why i am asking in my current company we are using perfecto in that we can find the elements using xpath but i want to know whether we can customize xpath in mobile automation? please clarify bro

We can use xpath. But the best solution is to ask the dev team to provide the id. Customizing the xpath means, u mean to ask can we write xpath using functions just like we did for web?
