Thanks and Hi Nisa. There’s no doubt the Apple Crisp will turn out fabulous. The last time I made Apple Crumble it just vanished after dinner.. Was planning on making the Apple cake- today I think I will settle for this one instead. Any doctors watching ???? Two apples a day will keep .......

Hi Nisa! Tried this today, albeit with brown Cane Sugar as Jaggery is a priced commodity for me here in Germany (I bring my Jaggery from India when I travel so usage is restricted to when really essential). Used Einkorn wheat flour rather than Emmer. But otherwise stuck to your recipe. It turned out mind blowing. I will make this for sure when my German friends visit me anytime in the future. I am also going to try this with any berries I buy just to see how that turns out. 😋😋😋

Is einkorn flour gluten free?
@Atlas.shrugged3 жыл бұрын
@@ds4448 please visit the youtube channel Farmhouse on Boone to get clarity on this. Like Emmer, it too is an ancient grain and is easily digested by the gluten intolerant. You may still want to visit the channel mentioned above and do your own research.
