An in-law thinking they will benefit from an inheritance is just as crazy as a spouse thinking they can benefit from one. I don't think people understand what that word means.

Why would they be texting if they're sitting across the table from each other? So stupid.
@sallymoen79324 ай бұрын
Yeah it's a feature of this, provides a way to advance the story, but it is bizarre. I like to think that they are actually talking out loud but have their phones' text-to-speech feature turned on and is producing the texts. To me the annoying part is when the voice actors mispronounce words or flub their lines.

When are the people writing these stories going to have them reflect real life? A real estate contract is a legal contract. A third party cannot enter negotiations without the consent of BOTH parties in the contract, so the idea that the son can negotiate the contract without the knowledge or consent of his mother is ludicrous. He would need to have power of attorney to act on his mother's behalf, which he clearly does not have. And before anybody says anything, he did not bring it to his mother afterwards so she could agree to it. He simply stated that the changes have already been made, and she now has to abide by the terms of a new contract without her consent. Nope, not how that works in the real world.

Eleanor is just tacky... who goes around asking their in laws to pay off their debts?. She wants to live in luxury but didn't want to work for it.. perhaps if she wanted to be able to retire & live in luxury, she should've worked for most of her year's and saved money. Nobody owes her a damn thing.. what FIL inherited doesn't have anything to do with her. It's the most absurd thing I've heard this week.

Good freaking Lord when are people going to get it through their thick skull that somebody else's money doesn't belong to them. Just because your daughter or son in law has money or their family has money it doesn't mean that you can get your grubby hands on it too. At least Adam is against what his mom is doing.

These stories are pretty much all the same. My complaint is that the video running in the background is super annoying, and some of them are in poor taste. They are often distracting to the point where I lose interest and just stop reading. I prefer reading to listening to the people who are talking with no talent for what they are doing.
