Where they create a problem themselves and then sell you the solution. Its crazy how much phone cases have become a necessity rather then a choice. We went from indestructible bricks to fragile $1200 sheets of tin foil. I also don't remember ever thinking to myself "man I wish the entire backside of my phone was made out of glass". But here we are. I miss the times when phones were made to be sustainable and durable.

If they can hijack your audio and video, they're already completely inside your phone. There's no recovering from that or blocking them. The correct answer is just to actually design it better. Also to add to that, hackers don't really care about audio or video. It doesn't really have any value to them when your banking app and saved passwords / payment methods are already on your phone. Once they have everything they can get, they'll likely just put ransomware on your device to get you to pay for all the stuff you already lost.
