Some folk do winter finishing, january february, on walnut, oak, beech,,,, then a little oats for supplement feed.

Apple finished trees (for september) , love it. Have you got mature oak trees in there too? That can be your november / december finishing on acorns.

That hand pump for water is that a sand well? I’m trying to figure out how to get water in my fields with out carrying buckets. Nice hand on some of those hogs
