I have made this type of apple bread for a couple of years and it is yummy to keep on hand, especially for breakfast, and guests. The first time I made it I used vanilla. But after that I use a product I get on Amazon called Princess flavoring. It's a huge game changer. It makes baked goods taste like it came from a professional bakery. That's their secret I found out. It's concentrated so it takes half the amount . I highly recommend it.

think if I am in Nethrlands then it is celcius must be something like 175 or 180 degrees celcius and if not loafpan but a round cake pan not sure but think for like 50 minutes or an hour because the middle is bit wider then in a loafpan but I go try just not sure about temperature but if I use most common one like 180 to 190 degrees celcius then must work just need lot of poking with toothpick to check lol

Just wondering why it seemed like it was curdling after you added the milk🤔. That being said, the outcome looked delicious 😋

The milk must have been cold and the butter became lumpy.

EDIT: I commented before watching the whole video. When you showed the slide at the end - WOW!!! I definitely need to make this. This looks delicious. Do you not add any salt? Also, what temperature would we use in a conventional oven?

Hi! The recipe doesn’t call for salt but you could add a pinch if you want to:) 350 conventional oven ! Thanks For Watching and Commenting ❤️

Could i fork the fritter after baking so the icing goes in? Good idea or not? Going to try this anyways😸thanks.

Debbie, I’m sure you could! Just make your icing a little thinner so it runs down in. Thanks For Watching and Commenting! Judy

It is so good! Even better if you can let it sit for 24 hours. The loaf becomes very moist.
