Risking your family & livelihood, throwing away your wife's love......for "just a fling"? Insulting to the family & wife, that the husband could be so casual about it. Makes it worse somehow, that he wasn't seriously pursuing a new relationship. It's like saying Honey, I know I lost that diamond ring, but I REALLY wanted to try on that cheap plastic mood ring, and now the diamond is gone. I didn't mean to lose it. I just wanted a bit of fun. I just put it down for a second & it was gone! (Then bringing out the excuses to blame someone else for them being so careless....)

Your so smart and must be such a prize right? Oh, you poor gullible woman. Be funny to see gold digger's reaction to learning she was only a fling. She's not only losing everything but had everything gone as planned(at least everything being kept a secret) she would either have been thrown away or stayed a side chick with nothing in the relationship changing. There's always the chance he was lying to save face with OP but given how he reacted(blaming gold digger for ruining his marriage & life) I guess it was a fling. I feel bad for Mark, the man that would have been his stepdad left(gold digger's ex-husband had every right but still unfortunate for the kid), his bio dad wants nothing to do with him & his mom barely knows him, tried to take away a comfort item & leaves him alone to the point I wouldn't be surprised if he believed his aunt & uncle were his actual parents & his bio mom was the deadbeat aunt. I'm just glad Mark will be happy with his aunt/adopted mom & uncle/adopted dad while never being bothered by someone barely there for him again. It'll be sad grandma is gone but he's with a loving family & has money saved away for the future. Be interesting if something led to finding Mark's bio dad & he was forced to pay child support(along with what money that he should have paid in the past). I just kinda want him to face karma since all I know about him is that he was also married at the time of the affair & wants nothing to do with Mark. Yeah he probably shouldn't be involved when it comes to raising the kid(he's probably as bad as the mom) but he should have taken responsibility.

I feel like a storyline where the audaciously adulterous woman gets a good bop in the mouth from the protagonist in such a way that the protagonist doesn't get in trouble for it is warranted and would be cathartic at this point. Smh 😂
@nco_gets_it Жыл бұрын
Not I. I learned early that the only solution to some problems is violence. That bar is pretty high, but it exists. had pacifists ruled the world in 1939, we would all be firmly under the thumb of one of the 3 axis powers. How delightful. But the use of the court and justice system is also a form of violence, as is voting. You are exercising the ultimate form of power--the power to impose imprisonment or financial sanctions on others to set things right. Think about it.

If Rochelle was a black woman that would never ever happen because black women and (I hate to tell this to most of the audience here) they don't dare talk about stealing somebody's man ever because if they do, the whole Community shuns them. Tom had every right to be angry with Rochelle because like he told Angela it was just a fling nothing more nothing less but Tom also has no right to be mad when he got fired and divorce because of this little fling. Tom should have been more faithful to Angela and Rochelle should have been more faithful to Adam and not cheat on him and get pregnant and having Mark. Essentially what I'm saying is Rochelle's life is completely nuked because of her gold-digging actions. Her family wants nothing to do with her anymore and her poor mother basically died of a broken heart because she went out with a married man, she lost the man that she loved only for money because she can't keep her damn mouth shut and she went behind Tom's back and shot her mouth off.

I met a couple of brothers like that once but much much worse. The older literally shoved the younger down, sat on him, grabbed his head and repeatedly smashed it on the concrete floor. The parents just stood there, bleating that they would smack him if he didn't stop but did nothing other than that. I did show my shock and disapproval but they just kept on helplessly asking the kid to please stop and threatening a smack that never came... it was obvious that monster kid knew they wouldn't really smack him, but I couldn't understand why the dad wouldn't just physically pull him off and MAKE him stop... I've often wondered if the younger boy even survived his brother. If he did I wouldn't be surprised if he cut off his entire family. I wonder how he turned out and if he ever got big enough to fight back and teach his brother to leave him alone. I was very young and naive myself at the time, and I discussed with my partner if there was something we could do, someone to report it to, but the father of the boys was his boss and he told me to stay out of it and said he would talk to him himself. My relationship ended not long after so I never found out. Stuff like this needs reporting and if I had the time over I would ask for my parents help in how to do that. Back then there were no mobile phones to film it, and I knew nothing about child services etc. I was scared of not being believed or of getting in trouble with the police if it was my word against the parents. I do hope that little monster got taught a lesson at some point because he was well on his way to killing someone.

I had to think this one out for a while. Rochelle was determined to marry a wealthy guy believing that her mother was more upset about Rochelle being divorced than about the affair that destroyed Rochelle's marriage. Rochelle also probably told herself that since her mother had "always" said Rochelle should do what makes her happy, she/Rochelle could do whatever she wanted with whomever she wanted. And Rochelle wanted lots of attention from sexy men as well as lots of money and luxurious surroundings. "He's everything she would have wanted for me!" "It was for her!" I imagine her mother kept trying to get Rochelle to see that while everyone needs money to live, building a solid relationship on your own, rather than deciding which husband of a friend might be able to afford the wealthy lifestyle Rochelle wanted and trying to seduce him. Building a relationship and a home, giving your children a good foundation for their adult lives... That's better than all the cruises and exotic resorts and spa days.

Our parents suffer is so difficult especially when the bit we can do for them seems so inadequate compared to what they need. I feel that I am doing well dealing with Mums death. I am glad that she’s reunited with the love of her life I have a few regrets but they don’t seriously impact my day to day life. . I have been widowed it happened eight months after Mum passed. That death was after Forty some years of marriage . Mum and Dad have a place in my heart i cherish the love we shared. The vows I kept that I made in church to my husband are my biggest regret. I would not go back in time and erase the marriage as my son and his wife and their daughter are my treasures.. I am in recovery and with the help of a therapist I am on the road to finding myself. I am content with the progress . Of four daughters I have two sisters who love me and one who told me that I wasn’t her family . This happened at dad’s funeral I had no idea , what did I do to hurt her so badly all she said was you know what you did. Imagine hate filled eyes and a stereotypical Karen voice . Now so many years later am I being blamed for something that my husband did to her. If so I can understand her better . I am living the best days of my life and I am discovering the person that I could have been . I think you need to forgive your self for the death of a dream to have a sister who could be a true friend and confidant active in your live. The next step is to forgive her for not being a supportive person. By forgiving your self you will find peace by forgiving her your inner peace is magnified. 1) it’s Angela’s father who is the CEO that Tom might take over for. 2) Rochelle is so self-absorbed, she probably only turned on her phone while Tom was in the shower long enough to taunt Angela, and then to taunt her again at the far side of the trip, she probably didn’t even bother to look at her sister’s texts, until after she had already decided Angela’s words had to be a prank, and therefore figured that her sister was in on the “prank”. 3) there are a number of (non Christian) cultures that have deadlines for funeral services. Hindu and Jewish amongst them.

Good storyline but, you can't arbitrarily decide you are going to adopt someone's child no matter how crappy a parent they are

Alimony is not a punishment! Not what it’s for or about. You don’t wait while they cremate your loved one. That’s not how that works either! Like you can just take someone’s kid! Judy would be charged for kidnapping, and go to prison.

Why dose it always seems to be the women's fault. Like the man has to cheat I the wife too. He can say NO.

Not sure where these stories originate from, but where abouts can another person just decide they are going to take custody of someone else’s child? There was no indication of child abuse, only disinterest. Even then she had someone look after the boy. Doesn’t sound like any police or child protection service was ever involved. She was just a disinterested parent. Surely that wouldn’t be enough to take custody of a child from its bio parent, when real children are living in disgusting circumstances and are not removed from the bios. In fact they are actively returned to their bios.

I love this voice artist! Hey voice actress! You’ve been doing very very well! You even helped out at the new channel Apple Smile! You read this as if you are the writer too! I wonder if you are Canadian based on some of the word choices and spelling! I still laugh when I hear your “Arkansas” video! Haha but you’re still awesome! I can tell that you out in a lot of work with crafting different voices and different emotions! Keep up the awesome work! I’d love to be honored with a response to my comment on here! I hope you read the comments so I can be a good fan girl without going overboard!

Ending was terrible. Needed to see/hear Tom being trashed and kicked out. 😩
