➼ Recipe
• Apples: 170 gr
• Honey: 30 gr
• Tepid water: 300 gr
After 48 hours of soaking
• Keep 250 gr of soaking juice
• Add 150 gr of stoneground semi-wholemeal flour (T80)
Feeding
• 100 gr of starter
• 100 gr of warm water (40°C)
• 100 gr of stoneground semi-wholemeal flour (T80)
You can add 15 to 30% of sourdough starter in your bread’s recipe.
