You don’t pay child support if the child’s not yours, and you never adopted it. A judge will set that straight right after they have the DNA and other information. The ex wife wouldn’t pay compensation. The affair partner might if the accuser can prove 3 things in court. Having an affair immediately makes one NOT POSSIBLE to prove.

In a lot of States, they only care that they don't have to pay for the child. If the parents were married at the time of birth, he has to pay. Irregardless of actual paternity.

@@basillah7650 The issue isn't really that people think these are "Real", as it's not hard to tell these are exaggerated stories made for entertainment. The Real issue we keep having is that there is another group of channels doing this exact same kind of storytelling, and people think we're stealing their content. The Truth is, we are officially adapting these from a Japanese Channel, with their permission and license. But since those other channels came out first, we're seen as the thieves, since these stories tend to be very similar, possibly the same, since we don't much about where they get their stories from. Get's kind of annoying after a while, tbh.

I was in the military and got transferred from California to NC. Oldest son said he wanted to move back to California as he did not like NC. He was 16 at the time. I told him we were not moving and that I was responsible for providing a roof over his head, food ect until he reached 18. Told him as soon as he turned 18 he would find all his stuff on the front lawn and he could move where ever he wanted. He never said another word about wanting to move.

Child support is not supposed to be for mom. There is no way that the courts would offset child support with mom's owed compensation. Put differently, if mom didn't spend that child support on her daughter (though that's really broad as rent and food do matter to supporting a child) the kid can sue her for stealing the funds.

I really wish they would stop using the term mom friend. It's just a friend. There's no need to differentiate between the friend that has children or doesn’t or even that you became friends because you met at the daycare or school. In the US minors can get jobs but the restrictions are so strict that most places won't bother. I got permission to work during the spring/summer for the concession stand of our city pool when I was 15. I had to get a note from my school principal, saying that I was enrolled in school and that they believed that a part-time job wouldn't interfere with my studies (this was in the late 80s). Not sure what the law is now, but we do have children under 18 working in fast food places and our public pool, and for maintenance, like grass cutting for the city.

If I was a judge presiding over a lawsuit brought by Lucy against the MC, I'd order him to do as Lucy wants and pay for her to go to university even if he hates Lucy and her mother and doesn't see her as his daughter it wouldn't matter to me. He raised her, I'd rule he's LEGALLY her father and I'd impose a non negotiable obligation on him to pay her tuition and any expenses she presents to him, no questions asked and no right to seek review of her expenses without permission of the court. I'd also mandate he grant her a month to month allowance for her personal spending as she wished, at least 500 dollars a month but could be adjusted upon good cause shown to the court. If MC failed in any of his obligations to Lucy I'd issue a bench warrant for his arrest for CRIMINAL CONTEMPT, issue a WRIT OF ATTACHMENT to order the county sheriff or US Marshal to seize any and all property necessary to sell at a judicial sale and hand the proceeds over to Lucy, minus court costs to break this MC not just financially but mentally, physically and spiritually to teach him a lesson not everything goes well for guys like him in the end.

Not sure if you are being sarcastic, but it may be an interesting legal situation as MC was raising her as his daughter. I was confused as they were talking about university, but he raised her for 14 years so she isn't ready to even go to university as of yet. I am also not sure if it is a legal right for a child to force a parent to pay for college unless it was stipulated in a divorce. You use all the right words, yet you are wrong. Unfortunately MC didn't have the ability to straighten out the behavior of the daughter as the mother reinforces the behavior. No legal standing here.

If you actually paid attention, you'd see that it's not exactly stolen. What it is, is that sites like reddit and others have a wealth of stories and they give open permission to use. They take the top stories and adapt them for text convos. There are tons of popular youtube channels that read reddit stories aloud, as well. No one accuses them of stealing. I never see these acccusations on the many other text convo channels, either, just this one. IDK why people continue to accuse these guys when what they are doing is no different than the others. Just because you saw it on another channel first doesn't make it stolen. They just used the same resource, likely reddit.

As they have said in other videos, they own the original Japanese channel , and they decided to translate them onto this channel into English. Basically, the stories belong to them. It's other channels that are stealing them. It even says this in the description of every single video they post 🙄 get your facts straight
