I get loads of Apple chargers that are broken or damaged, I learned several very useful tricks, I particularly liked sliding the outer insulation back over the damage section rather than desoldering and shortening the cable. Very clever and innovative techniques with such basic tools. People throw away so much good stuff!

Anyone know what the primary fuse should replaced with? (the little brown box near the AC input on the PCB)
