My answer to this video: Look iPhone is better optimised due to Apple only offers 3 models and in the Android market things are different like Samsung alone makes 4 sub models which has many different models like the A Series, Note Series, S Series and then there is the J Series, so optimising Android is a bit different because hundreds or thousands of Android models come out every year and many of them sell around or over 1 million of those phones, and they have different specifications like 1GB ram all the up to the new 16GB RAM, while the newest iPhone has 4GB RAM (can you believe that, that's the specs of my mobile) but it's optimised properly so it runs better then 10GB RAM phones, see, it's all about the quality and quantity, both have it, Android is like the blank canvas on which you can paint whatever you want, while, Apple is the canvas that has only 2 or 3 choices of painting, both are good but are different.

If you looked things up first you’d know that the most popular iPhone is the iPhone 7, a phone that came out in 2016. It still receives the latest updates and thanks to optimisations it runs better. Not to mention all the new software features. tldr: People still use old iPhones. They just get supported way longer. I know about the issue with slowed down iPhones. While it happened underhandedly, it was to protect the batteries of old iPhones and therefore to increase their lifetime.

It's stupid to compare Apple and Android, especially as Tim Cook is doing. Android is the OS, apart from Google phones (which get the OS updates first anyway) it is other companies making them. Android has no control over what the manufacturer makes available to its customers. So saying, android doesn't make its operating system available to its customers, completely misses the point.

There isn't any Android Company/Android OS/Android Phone. There is Android as a OS being utilized by multiple companies who some put their kick on it. The problem here is a categorical error. Iphone is an OS and a Company in it's own ecosystem alone. Android is an OS without an official company with a ecosystem manage by many different companies. Politically, Android is more like a federation and IOS is more like an Empire.

Its cheap, decently fast, easily replaceable, very strong, and you dont have to have a PAYMENT METHOD just to use it. Interestingly, iOS 7 was the update that Apple BLATANTLY copied Android in so many ways lol. Apple abandoned its skeuomorphism aesthetics and straight up copied Android's much more modern, minimalistic, and flat layers style. Apple also copied Android's lock screen style and functionality, leaving the 4pin code and wallpaper for a swipe to unlock function, Android's big minimalistic number clock with weather and date, lock screen notifications, and most notably the swipe gesture control panel, all things Android users were exclusively enjoying for years.
