@@ambujshukla they removed unlimited original quality storage from 2 and 3 will lose it in Jan 2023. 3a-5 will probably follow that trend. But yeah they'll keep unlimited space saver. 2016 pixel still has unlimited original quality and there seems to be no plans to take that away.

an iphone 6plus still got updated to latest ios15.. means iphone x would have roughly 3 more years worth of upgrades. i don't think any android unit can top that. about the screen, i don't know about the pixels but i had before a note8. and knew a few friends who had that too. 4 out of 5 of us had serious amoled burns. 2017 both phones released on same year IphoneX and Note8. ive been an android user since the xperia mini pro and fell in love tweaking and rooting android. its just that i recently bought a second hand iphone x.. it made me question the value am getting from my choices before.

@@malm4640 Software optimization is trash on android. There's no android phone out there that doesn't lag one time or the other for no absolute reason. Forget better processors and more RAM. Android optimization sucks and shivers in iOS's shadow. Most times, animations and transitions are buggy and annoying to look at. And that's just one of the many problems android has. Imagine uninstalling an app and the entire phone freezes and lags for 3 seconds. I used an iPhone 11 with a 60Hz display and the way everything just worked felt like I was dealing with 90Hz. So smooth and responsive. Android? Nope. It's never 100% constant.

So, they then look across the pond to Apple for comparison. Also what games lmao? Cloud gaming is banned on iPhones (like the amazing Microsoft xCloud). And ecosystem is purely preference since both of the members of the smartphone Duolopoly (Sam and App) both have extensive ecosystems. And one might argue Samsung's is even further since their phones and security systems and appliances are all linked together. (Smart things can connect almost any mismatch of security items into one app and it can control vacuums, lights, machine's, washers and dryers, dish washers, etc. Its quite and extensive and Well built app).

Apple drops support for 5 years old iPhones, Google drops support for 3 years old Pixels... officially. About a week ago, I was in a department store, in the Google section, toying around with the latest Pixel lineup. The phone lagged. I’d swipe right on the home screen or open an app, only to press the home button to find that the phone would go back home, display the wallpaper, yet wait a full second to two before showing the home screen app icons.
