I'm so tired of these stories where the sister/brother/mother etc know ahead of time the spouse to be is a horrible person but doesn't WARN their family member about it! It's a horribly stupid thing to not do. She should have screenshotted everything and shown her brother IMMEDIATELY. Not being believed can add some tension and suspense about how they're going to deal with the issue now that the family doesn't believe them. They should still TRY because that's what a good family member/friend would DO. Then go from there if they fail
