Plus I think they're trying to get us to like/hate the characters more, you know, make them more like actual stories. I miss the short ones too

I love the long stories. I think that there's more plot and I like that, but I do understand what you mean about the short stories. Sometimes they do have shorter ones but now they have two stories together in the same video. Which is a bit annoying and confusing since I listen to the videos versus watching the screen.

Edited to add/suggest: People that don't like the length of the stories should try speeding them up. I listen to all of them at least 1.5x faster than normal regardless of length.

As they say “Once a cheater always a cheater” &” If they’ll cheat with you, they’lol cheat on you”. I’ve never understood how or why a cheater thinks that they’ll get away with it, especially if they live in a small town. Also some of the worst acts of revenge come from some of the nicest people. “Still waters run deep”, meaning in my experience the worst person to make mad are usually some of the nicest or easiest going people out there. I loved how amazingly savage Alison was, I hope that if something like this ever happened to me I can be half as savage as her. Of course if my husband ever did this to me I’d probably end up in prison if I ever found out. I’ve always made a point of telling my partners my rules up front, & one of them is always “Don’t cheat on me & let me find out”. I’ve always figured that if my partner cheats on me & I DON’T find out then I’m partly at fault, but if I DO find out then there are NEVER ANY second chances, I’m done. I feel this way mostly because I believe that once trust is broken there really isn’t anyway to get it back no matter what you do or how you feel. And I don’t want to be in a relationship where I have to suffer the anxiety of worrying all the time what my partner is doing.

Their exchange could suggest either one of them was cheating on the other.,, but the title kinda gave it away. Still, I appreciate that the writer took some effort to hide it before the reveal

While it likely doesn't make up for much at least we know Nikki is alone as thanks to Alison napalming the bridge the cheaters burnt Nikki's parents along with her & Alison's friends want nothing to do with Nikki. Nikki has absolutely nothing left that escaping town when she had the chance was her only hope. As someone else said there's likely next time(since I doubt she learned from this) & then she'll likely get sued. When that happens thanks to likely having job issues & no one to turn to she'll be just as royally screwed as her first affair partner.
