400g flour.
5 tablespoons of sugar 100g.
A pinch of salt.
8g vanilla sugar.
4g baking powder.
5 tablespoons 100g butter, melted.
100g yogurt.
2 egg yolks.
3 tablespoons cold water 30 ml.
Place the dough in the refrigerator.
📌 Filling:
🍏 5 medium-sized apples, 500 g.
A tablespoon of lemon juice 10 ml.
A tablespoon of sugar 20g.
A quarter teaspoon of cinnamon.
The diameter of the mold is 26 cm.
Oven temperature 180, cooking time 45-50 minutes.
To decorate:
Egg whites.
Powdered sugar.
