I think blueberry would be delicious. I'd use whipped cream or maybe a lemon glaze. Lemon and blueberries are good friends 😉😉❤️❤️

Those look good! Have you tried putting the filling in an egg roll wrap, fry and roll in cinnamon sugar. I’m sure you could air fry them too. Yummy, especially with ice cream on the side.

Karen, I love watching you cook. A few days ago while watching, something occurred to me and now I have a burning question. Why do all of us use the word up so much? This seems to be especially so in cooking such as Stir It Up, mix it up, roll it up, fix it up, and so on and so on. Hello, looks great . If I did a big batch (maybe 6-8) and brushed melted butter to bake, at what temp and for how long? I might add cream cheese bits and/or caramel. I’ve also seen these rolled a in cinnamon and sugar coating similar to churros. I can’t wait to make and bake :) hope to hear from you soon. 🙏🤗 I just subbed and 👍

I wouldn't go higher than 450 degrees for 5-6 minutes. I really think I'd reduce heat to 400 and bake 10 or so until slightly crispy.
