its great to see recipes with potato as a dough base as with wheat in shorter supply its nice to see ways you can extend flour. This is a bit like an apple dumpling.

@@MonreaghCentre They were very popular, everyone liked them a lot! I made them a little fancy by stewing the apples in red wine. Since they're supposed to be eaten hot, and this year's feast was social-distanced, I sent them home with everyone uncooked, so that they could eat them right out of the pan.
