Ginataang Kuhol is a Filipino snail dish (apple snails in particular) that is cooked in coconut milk. Spinach or kangkong along with chili pepper are also added.

This ginataang kuhol video shows how to cook snails the Panlasang Pinoy way. It is hard to find fresh apple snails with shell here in my area, so I used frozen snails that with no shells.
