Apple Vision Pro run locally using LLM Swift Package and Amazon Bedrock

Here is how to use the Apple Vision Pro with large language models, we will download a model from huggingface and include in the bundle for Mistral 7b and then compare invoking a server side model like Amazon Bedrock to build a chat application.
