Step 1: Connect to the WiFi of the car stereo, and the Bluetooth is always turn off.
Step 2: Select "Screen Mirroring" in the control center.
Step 3: Click "Carpuride-xxxx- AirPlay" for wireless mirroring.
Step 4: When it shows that the connection is successful, the mirroring function can be used.

Yup doesn’t seem to work .. after connecting to the internet .. in the mirror function on iPhone carpuride doesn’t even show up

Just got my carpuride W701 from Amazon. Aside from the power cord being too think and not long enough, I had to buy a third party aux cable that was flat to make it easier to hide wires. I drive a Fiat 500. After following every step, iOS Mirroring does not work which is why I bought this product. There are no help articles or forums talking about this issue or solutions. It’s as if the product doesn’t actually have the feature… I will return and get another and see if maybe it’s defective. Maybe need a higher model for that feature but there’s little to no resources in this. Former Apple employee I can assure you I tried all the troubleshooting steps to isolate but no luck. If mirror is not a feature that works, this thing is not what it is described to be.

Screen Mirroring does not work on the 702. They should delete this video or tell us what models it does work with.

Thank you for the reply. Maybe you could update the description then to show the models that will do Screen Mirroring. Motorcyclist such as myself will know you can’t have the water resistant feature AND screen mirroring.
