Phil Schiller really was amazing at keynotes. The passion and excitement he radiated was positively infectious. Everyone's reaction to the next-gen MacBook Pro was amazing. I miss this special connection with the audience at Apple's live events.

almost 10 years later, I still use the 128GB 11-inch macbook air, the way it stands the test of time is just fascinating to me, and the fixing that it needs throughout those years were just cleaning the dust out of the laptop, changing thermal paste, and changing battery which is really easy to DIY. Now, 2022, I'm about to start uni soon, it's time for me to really really get a new one and put this one to rest, I'm about to get the new Macbook Air M2, finger crossed it would serve me as well as this one did.

@@KabelkowyJoe I don't think it's down to a cost issue - the production value on the current keynote videos do not look cheap either. I think it's more down to firstly, they feel the new format is a better experience, and second that it mitigates risks of live tech failures happening on stage which would ruin the presentation.

To me, iOS 12 is the iOS 6 of Modern apple (if that makes since. ) one thing I love about  today is that iOS and every os has become more fun and friendly. Like Apple is still apple but with more fun with Animoji and emojis, the iMessage effects and stickers. It’s more inviting. Love and respect the apple of yesterday but love the Apple of today as well 💯
