@MakeMeScientific A solid of density 3.2 g /cm³ is dropped into a liquid of density 1.4 g /cm³. Will it sink or float? Give reason. Pls answer to this question

If the density of solid is more than liquid it will sink.

Why we use sinker ?????

Or else the cork will not sink and we can't measure upthrust acting on it

Why we use sinker ?????
@MakeMeScientific
@MakeMeScientific 3 жыл бұрын
Because the lighter body will not submerge in liquid so we forcefully make it submerges by using a sinker
