@@aatrn1 and i cant use TDA for classification right? am i can use TDA for feature selection?

@@yanuarkrisna1583, yes, the Mapper method cannot be directly used for classification. It also does not do feature selection the same way as, say, logistic regression or LASSO do. But it could be used *indirectly* for feature selection, e.g., one could select a subset of features which result in "interesting" Mappers.
