I'm curious how much effort this took timewise and how far we are from being able to have actors simply run around and be able to add fire to their clothes this way instead of having to use stuntmen. Suppose you wanted a video with a guy walking or running in ordinary thin casual clothes that you normally could not set fire to (like nylon track pants or other type of thin material) and add the fire as an effect? Your fire on the hand looks super real here and it looks like we're close to having a better more natural fire effect with normal casual clothes than stuntmen having to wear bulky layers underneath or look like they're wearing a space suit and the effect could go longer.
