why do i get the feeling that we must be in the country at the region we are trying to apply for to get the job offer, since the community want the RNIP offer of employment form to be filled and signed by employer. That means for those applying outside Canada has little to no chance of success then? For interested migrants that leave far from Canada will find this hard in term of time(will need at least a week to a month leave of absence) and funds (tickets, visa, transit visas, etc). Those that can go there are probably unemployed, self-employed, work in a company that have international standard back in their own country (since a week to month leave of asbsence in labour area means getting replaced as quickly as they were absent without acceptable proof or reason). i hope applying through the community job posting will help more and we get the RNIP offer of employment straight to apply for nomination or work visa .

The main problem is the job offer... My wife and I combined have 82 and 83 depending on who would be the main applicant..(without the job offer, it can goes to 92/93 or 102/103 if both have offers) , but the job offer is a real pain on the ass. We are seriously considering a college there, to move in and get things "in loco". IMHO, any plan who don't consider this, will be lost in the pool...

I have a query on RINP that if we think that our CLB is less and we would like to go through the RINP, will the process of Express entry gets out of the picture or it'll remain a part of our PR process. If we are ready with our IELTS scores and ECA done what will be the process to get into the RINP.

You can't apply as international student. As they want students who lived or studied in the same community. Watch the full video. You can visit that place stay there for 5 nights and meet the employers mentioned in the list , do some interviews , that way you can get extra points on the grid system.
