I have NPI number as a none medical transportation, should I apply and pay for PECOS 790 something dollar for another NPI? I m transporting ( my company) in Illinois Thank you I am confused.

I apologize, but I am not familiar with how to enroll a medical transportation company with CMS. I would recommend calling your local Medicare Administrator (MAC) and ask what is required to do so. They are usually very helpful. Thank you for watching!
