Yeah yeah yeah. Let's see you spare with another player in a hard style system. Use it! Then I'll be impressed. My experience is, a lot of tai ji players resort to everything but tai ji in that situation.

Hey Ray. As a beginner in martial arts, which of your videos should I watch until your book comes out. Unfortunately, I don't have anyone to practice with. And my schedule doesn't permit going to a gym for classes. I think I should begin with this training as a core of my martial practice. I understand the concept of angles well in regard to weightlifting.

If you are going to train by yourself, pick a style like boxing or Muay Thai
